Bag of 3 portions of instant miso soup and tofu.
Ingredients: Miso white and red powder (soybeans, rice, salt) (77%), dehydrated tofu (soybeans, gelling agent (magnesium chloride)) (10%), Dehydrated seaweed, bleached starch, taste (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), bonito powder (fish), dehydrated spring onion, kelp powder, yeast extract, acidity regulator (sodium carbonate).
Preparation tip:
Pour the contents of a sachet of miso and a sachet of garnish into a small soup bowl. Add 160 ml of boiling water and mix gently.

Miso soup is present in almost all Japanese meals, there are many ways to prepare it. You can add lots of seasonal vegetables to it, cook beforehand in a dashi broth, you can also use more or less salty miso.
