Sauce for Yakitori, KIKKOMAN
Sauce based on soy, sugar and a hint of vinegar, this sauce allows you to paint the grill during cooking. Used mainly for Yakitori skewers.
Ingredients: Soy sauce (Water, soybean, wheat, salt), sugar, water, wine (contains sulfur dioxide), alcohol vinegar, molasses, modified starch, spices, yeast extract.

Yakitori (literally, grilled chicken) are skewers very common in Japan. They are tasty, cooked on the barbecue and regularly dipped in Yakitori sauce during cooking.
Although traditionally yakitori are made from chicken, there are a multitude of varieties.
