Konacha green tea (powdered tea) is made from small pieces of the leaves, which are strained when processing gyokuro or sencha.
Konacha is often served in the sushi restaurant, and is also used for making green tea bags.
Its liquor is dark green, cloudy with the powder in suspension. Its taste is strong, but leaves a fresh aftertaste in the mouth.

3 grams per person for 100 cc of boiling water. To be prepared in a sort of woven bamboo colander, directly in each cup. Almost instant infusion. Be sure to shake the strainer well until the last drop.
